What gets deleted
- Parent account (email, Firebase Auth credentials)
- All child profiles (name, age tier, avatar, XP, streak)
- Quest history, completions, and photo proofs
- Time bank records and usage events
- App permission settings and schedules
What we retain
We retain anonymised, aggregated analytics data (e.g. feature usage counts) that cannot be linked back to your account. This data is retained for up to 24 months for product improvement purposes.

Deletion is permanent. Once processed, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered. Child progress, earned badges, and streak history will be lost.
Request received
We've received your deletion request and will process it within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
